The epIQ Top Rated Community Awards are based on feedback from prospects and renters who share reviews on ApartmentRatings.com. To qualify, multifamily communities must receive at least five new reviews in the award year and achieve an epIQ Index grade of A+ or 95. In 2023, 386 communities met these criteria.
